My boyfriend often feels like he as to urinate when he is stimulated, even when he goes to the bathroom before we do anything. He has urges, and actually has urinated during oral, sex and orgasm. He doesn’t have pain or any other symptoms and he has been tested for STDs. Does anyone know what can cause this?

It is possible that he has a problem with his prostate, or the natural swelling that occurs is pressing on his prostate. I would go to a doctor to have this checked out, not just tested for stds, but a complete physical so the doctor can rule out anything serious. If everything checks out ok, then it is a natural thing for him, we are all different. good luck!
