Question by Lisa H: How do I get my belongings back from my ex-boyfriend through the small claims court?
So, me and my boyfriend just broke up and I bought over $ 1000.00 worth of electronics that I let him borrow, and now I want it back, and he refuses to do so. He is threatening me that there is no way I will be able to get it back because he will claim in court that it was merely a gift. What do I do? I need help please.
