Question by HaHa (:: Can my boyfriend transfer to a different state which is only like 15 miles away?
My boyfriend lives in Richmond Indiana an we want to move over to Ohio which is like 15 miles from the border. We want to move to fairborn though which is like 50 miles from Richmond. Do you think he could get it transfered?

  3. Your boyfriend must be on probation and if so then yes it can be transferred if he asks the probation officer to transfer it.
